People love their pets, and landlords need to realize that happy pet owners usually make good tenants. I will use this blog to post free rental listings with these conditions:
At least two pets allowed. No breed or size restrictions. (Don't whine. The "one cat", "one dog under 40 lbs." listings are all over the place. Not worth a special mention. Also, no extra deposit over $100 per pet.
Rules are fine, as long as they are reasonable. No dogs running loose, animals must be spayed/neutered, etc. People should not have to give up their animal friends in order to find a place to live.
I will post photos and contact information for any landlord that is willing to allow pets within these guidelines.
